Refund & Exchange Policy

We truly hope you love your Iraahi products. In the rare case you need to return or exchange, here’s how it works:

Domestic Orders

1. Return / Exchange Window
   Products can be returned or exchanged within *2 days of delivery*, provided they are unused, unwashed, and have all tags intact.
2. How to Initiate
   Submit your request through our Returns Centre
3. Exchange Policy
   Exchanges are available only for size changes. For a different product, please place a new order using Store Credits or opt for a refund.
4. Reverse Pickup
   Free reverse pickup is available at most pincodes. If your pincode is not serviceable, you may need to ship the product back at your own cost and share the tracking details.
5. Refund Options
   Refunds can be issued either as:
   
   1. Store Credits* (valid for 6 months), or
   2. Refund to your original payment method (credit/debit card or bank account).
   3. COD charges and shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Timelines
   • Return request: Within 2 days of delivery
   • Approval: 24–48 hours
   • Pickup: 3–5 business days after approval
   • Quality check & refund initiation: Within 2 business days of receiving the return
   • Refund completion: 3-5 business days after initiation
   • Store Credits: Issued within 48 hours of successful pickup confirmation
7. Discount Adjustments
   • Refunds will be adjusted to account for any discounts or offers applied at the time of purchase.
