  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • A flat shipping charge of ₹100 applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 4 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Delivery is estimated within 4 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

  • Remote or rural locations may experience slightly longer delivery times.

4. Shipping Partners

  • We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • House of Preeti Mehta is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Address & Delivery Details

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays.

  • If the courier service is unable to deliver due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for returned shipments due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

8. International Shipping

  • We do offer international shipping, and the charges will depend on the delivery location.
